The Administrative Services Department is headed by the Assistant City Manager who provides team oriented leadership and direction to Telecommunications and Administrative staff, contracted service staff and City Boards assigned. Departmental staff oversees the golf courses and tennis facilities management., operates the City Hall switchboard and information desk, and provides management and support to the Sister Cities Committee, Old School Square, Joint Venture, and the Friends of Sandoway House. Thru the Assistant City Manager's office special event requests are processed for approval and staff support is coordinated. Thru the Telecommunications Manager office, manangement of sites and technical assistance are provided for telephone systems, cellular phones and the Cities radio system.
