The City of Delray Beach's Five-Year Consolidated Plan outlined strategies to achieve decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expanding economic opportunities principally for the benefit of very low-, low- and moderate-income persons. The Consolidated Plan is updated every year through an Annual Action Plan, detailing the activities to be undertaken and resources to be used to achieve the goals and objectives of the 5-Year Plan each year. The City has made significant progress in the achievement of its overall five-year strategy of objectives and priorities.
The CAPER (Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report) reports on the accomplishments of each Annual Action Plan. It provides a concise reference to compare anticipated work with actual performance. This CAPER focuses on Fiscal Year October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 – the fourth program year of the current Five-Year Consolidated Plan. |
