The Environmental Services Department is responsible for overall management and direction of the activities of the Public Utilities, Engineering and Construction divisions.  Primary functions include interdivisional coordination and direction, administration of Personnel Policies and Procedures and public information and customer service programs.  Additional responsibilities include planning for future infrastructure and organizational needs as well as optimization of efficiency and effectiveness of service provision.
