Driver Engineer Mockenhaupt has consistently shown throughout her career an impeccable work ethic, commitment of excellence, and a willingness to go above and beyond. She is known as a Paramedic of the utmost caliber, has served as a STEP Trainer for several employees, has coordinated and competed on the Combat Challenge Team, is a member of the physical fitness committee, EMS Standards committee, is Hazardous Materials certified, and is an officer of the Benevolent.  She is thorough, honest, reliable and is truly one of the Department’s standout employees.  She has found time to volunteer and to organize civic-minded “fun runs” and exercise-themed events. 

            Driver Engineer Mockenhaupt successfully passed the Lieutenant promotional examination in 2008, and was promoted to Driver Engineer in December 2008.  She has been an invaluable asset to the EMS Division in authoring the current EMS protocol examination and has volunteered repeatedly for updates as needed.  Simply put, when you assign a project to Crista, you know it is going to be done right the first time and will be done with the highest quality.  She consistently offers suggestions to make our services better, faster, and safer.
