The City's Employment Application must be completed in full, even if you include your resume. Do not forget to sign and date the Employment Application before submitting it to Human Resources. Employment Applications will only be accepted for posted positions where the applicant has met the Minimum Qualifications as listed in the Job Description or the Job Listing. Please mail the completed application to us at 100 NW 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444 or come to Human Resources at City Hall to submit the Application For Employment.
If a typing test is required, you must call Human Resources to schedule an appointment at (561) 243-7080 between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The required typing test must be taken and passed before your Application For Employment can be accepted.
Most positions require the completion of our standard Employment Application (61K). Certain public safety positions, however, have additional application requirements. Please visit the Police Officer and Fire-Rescue employment pages for additional instructions. |
