Clean and Safe Streetscape Supervisor

Minimum Hourly: $18.62
Maximum Hourly: $27.93

Responsible for the general maintenance of landscaped areas for selected City streetscapes and parking lots for their care and improvement, to include trimming, weeding, plant material replacements, flower replacement, beautification projects, litter removal, etc. Supervise the work of assigned landscape crew and train new employees. Evaluate crew's performance and ensure work is accomplished according to plan and schedule.

Human Resources Consultant Compensation and Benefits

Minimum Hourly: $22.37
Maximum Hourly: $33.58

Research ways to improve performance management systems. Research and recommend the development of, or revisions to, policies/practices to insure best practice implementation. Develop compensation plans to appropriately reward employees. Negotiate all benefits/insurance plans, knowledge of current medical cost containment practices, conduct and manage the open enrolment process, budget for such benefits/insurance plans, administer claims, premiums and conduct audits. Review new/revised job descriptions for proper classification. Manage Employee Wellness Program.

Office Assistant II part time

Hourly Rate: $11.82

Answers telephones, greet customers, copy files, type correspondence, process candidate/employee information. Assist Human Resources and Risk Management with other duties as required. Cover office for lunches and meetings. Microsoft office skills, such as word, and excel required. Typing test required prior to submitting application.

Office Assistant II part-time

Minimum Hourly: $11.48

Safety Specialist

Minimum Hourly: $20.82
Maximum Hourly: $31.22

Perform professional work in overseeing the City's safety and loss control programs primarily related to employee safety but also related to other legal liabilities of the City, such as public safety, vehicle operations, and pollution. Develop and maintain effective safety and loss prevention programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local safety regulations. Inspect City operations and facilities, and investigate worker's compensation accidents, making recommendations to reduce the hazard and/or prevent reoccurrence. Coordinate and provide departmental safety training, as required by law or, as necessary for safe operations of facilities. Perform other related duties as required. 

Utilities Supervisor

Minimum Hourly: $18.23
Maximum Hourly: $27.55

Supervise and coordinate the daily work of personnel engaged in the water/sewer network, distribution, maintenance, and repair and/or surveillance activities. May monitor telemetry and other associated functions. Order necessary parts and materials. Maintain records and prepare reports, address complaints and perform public relations. Assist in preparation of the division budget, monitor expenditures and aid in proposing budget forecasts.
