Human Resources Consultant Compensation and Benefits
Job Description:
Minimum Hourly: $22.37 Maximum Hourly: $33.58
Research ways to improve performance management systems. Research and recommend the development of, or revisions to, policies/practices to insure best practice implementation. Develop compensation plans to appropriately reward employees. Negotiate all benefits/insurance plans, knowledge of current medical cost containment practices, conduct and manage the open enrolment process, budget for such benefits/insurance plans, administer claims, premiums and conduct audits. Review new/revised job descriptions for proper classification. Manage Employee Wellness Program.
Qualifications:
Days and Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closing Date: posted until filled
Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree with a major concentration in Human Resources. Five years administering compensation and benefit plans. SPHR, PHR, CCP, CBP and/or CEBS Certification preferred. Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Thorough knowledge of legislation impacting compensation and benefit plans. Proficient in Word and Excel.
