National Accreditation

Awarded from the Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies. National Accreditation requires park and recreation agencies to respond to 153 standards, which represent elements of effective and efficient park and recreation operations. Delray Beach Parks & Recreation is one of only 73 agencies, as of July 2008, nationwide to receive this accreditation.
