The HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD (HPB) serves to promote the City's Historic neighborhoods and important architectural resources. The Board reviews the design of exterior changes to buildings located in the historic district or designated historic structures. The Board may grant variances to code requirements, if meeting those requirements would detract from the historic character of the site.
Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers.
