The PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD (P&Z) acts as the Local Planning Agency for the City of Delray Beach. The Board reviews applications for changes in land use designations, rezoning, conditional use, subdivision of land etc. The Board is responsible for monitoring the entire range of long term planning activities, including capital improvement planning and the policies which govern the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan.

Public Hearings/Regular Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month in the City Commission Chambers.  Meetings begin at 6:00pm,  depending upon the agenda.
