Citizens Observer Patrol (C.O.P.)
This program allows for our volunteers to patrol their neighborhoods with the needed training and equipment to observe and report suspicious and/or criminal activity to the police. These citizens act as the eyes and ears for the Delray Beach Police Department in their neighborhoods. The citizens participating in our C.O.P. Program have been directly responsible for reducing crime in their areas by as much as 75%.
