To open a new account, come to our Customer Service Center at 100 N.W. 1stAvenue.  If you wish, you may bring a completed Water and Sewer Service Application with you.

Most new residential accounts require a deposit and a $15.00 account activation fee, both of which must be paid in advance.  Deposit amounts are based on the meter size.  Please call Utility Billing Customer Service to verify your deposit amount, (561)243-7100 and press 0.

Please make sure you have the correct property address, along with a Government photo ID and proof of residency, such as a deed, a closing settlement statement or a pre-approved lease signed by the tenant and property owner.  The pre-approved lease agreement, either the Single Family Residential Lease or the Multi-Family Residential Lease, must be completed in its entirety to establish service for a rental tenant.
